Useing time properly


Good morning !!! Today I slept 10 hours. How long do you sleep everyday? As for me, I sleep 8 or 9 hours a day. I sleep early and wake up early like elementary kids. Many people say that it is too long and waste of time. But, I think without long time sleep, my body won't work efficiently. I guess it's because of my school days. I belong to Judo club, everyday, we had morning training so I had to wake up 6am. I was always ready to go to bed by 10pm, otherwise I slept almost all class. I needed long time sleep in order to restore my body.

These days, we sometimes have to wake up for midnight to do homework or prepare for test like last affix. I can sleep at most 6 hours, and then I noticed my body work with shorter sleep!!! It is because I don't practice Judo everyday, so I don’t have to restore my body everyday, sleep long time.

As a conclusion, it depends on each situation how long person need to sleep. Now I need about 6 hours. I suggest you should sleep longer if you feel tired. On the other hand if you think you sleep too long, you should sleep shorter and use that time.
